1. Exercising regularly and eating a balanced diet.
2. Getting adequate sleep, approximately 6 hours.
3. Practicing yoga or mindful meditation.
4. Engaging in hobbies or social activities.
5. Asking for help or seeking professional advice if these things no longer help.
