Baozi and jiaozi are both types of Chinese dumplings, but they differ in preparation and filling. Baozi are steamed buns with a soft, fluffy exterior, typically filled with a variety of ingredients such as pork, beef, vegetables, or sweet red bean paste. Jiaozi, on the other hand, are dumplings with a thin, pleated wrapper that can be boiled, steamed, or pan-fried, and are usually filled with a mixture of minced meat and vegetables. Baozi are usually larger and round, while jiaozi are smaller and crescent-shaped.
