How to recall a email in Microsoft Outlook without recipient knowing?

Choose the “Sent Items” folder.
Click or double-click the message to open it in a new window.
Navigate to File > Info.
Go to Message Resend and Recall > Recall This Message…, and choose one of the two options.
Select “Delete unread copies of this message” to recall the sent message.
Choose “Delete unread copies and replace with a new message” to replace the sent message with a new one.
Tick the “Tell me if recall succeeds or fails for each recipient” checkbox.
Click OK.
