To calculate the undivided share of land, follow these steps:
1. Determine the area of your individual apartment or property.
2. Add up the total area of all apartments or properties in the building or complex.
3. Divide the area of your individual apartment by the total area of all apartments.
4. Multiply the result by the total area of the land.
Mathematically, it can be expressed as:
Undivided Share of Land = (Area of Individual Apartment / Total Area of All Apartments) * Total Area of Land
This calculation gives you the proportion of the total land area that corresponds to your individual share.
The undivided share of land can be calculated by dividing the area of an individual’s apartment by the total area covered by all the apartments together and then multiplying the result with the total area of the land.
