I used a meet and greet service at Narita once, and it helped more than I expected. The airport is well managed, but when you are tired or unfamiliar with the layout, it can still feel stressful. Having someone meet you and guide you through immigration, baggage pickup, and the next steps made everything easier. What I found most useful was not having to guess where to go or worry about missing something important. The staff explained each step clearly and moved at a comfortable pace. This was especially helpful because it was my first time in Japan and I didn’t speak the language.
In my experience, Narita Airport meet and greet services are useful for first-time travelers, elderly passengers, and people with tight schedules.
