    1. Regularity: Go to bed at the same time and wake up at the same time, even on the weekends. 2. Temperature: Cold rooms are always better than the hot ones for quality sleep. 3.     4. Alcohol & caffeine: Avoid caffeine in the afternoon or evening. Try not to go to bed too tipsy.
    5. Wind down routine: Find a routine that puts you to sleep and do them an hour before going to bed. (Maybe stretching, breath work or healthy tea…)
