3. Darkness: Limit screen time an hour before the bedtime. Darker the room, better the sleep.
4. Alcohol & caffeine: Avoid caffeine in the afternoon or evening. Try not to go to bed too tipsy.
5. Wind down routine: Find a routine that puts you to sleep and do them an hour before going to bed. (Maybe stretching, breath work or healthy tea…)
