The Supreme Court can pass any decree or order to do complete justice between the parties involved in a case or matter pending before it.
It is a discretionary power to pass decrees and orders to do complete justice in any case or matter pending before it.
The judgment passed by the SC shall be enforceable throughout the territory of India. Article 142 grants the Supreme Court broad discretionary powers, it is subject to certain limitations and safeguards. The Court must exercise its powers judiciously and ensure that its orders are fair, reasonable, and follow the principles of natural justice.
Article 142 plays a crucial role in ensuring that justice is not denied or delayed due to technicalities or limitations of existing laws. It empowers the Supreme Court to deliver justice effectively and efficiently by issuing orders and directions that are necessary to achieve complete justice in a case. However, wide-ranging powers conferred by Article 142 also raise concerns about judicial overreach and the need to balance judicial discretion with the principles of separation of powers and the rule of law.

The main reason why employment does not meet people’s daily needs is low wages. Even if they are fully employed, their income is not enough to cover basic expenses such as housing, food, transport and health care. Some may be employed part-time or as undeclared workers.
The cost of living is high, including housing, food, health, etc. Even with a decent income, people find it difficult to afford necessities due to the high cost of living. As per statistics, the estimated cost of living in Hyderabad is 108,615 per family in a month without rent and for a single person without rent the monthly cost is 31,244.
Debts like student loans, home loans, credit cards, mortgages etc. They consume a significant proportion of their income.
Unforeseen expenses, lack of benefits such as health insurance, paid sick leave or pension contributions, lack of proper financial budgeting, structural barriers such as education and training, and family responsibilities are the other factors that affect meeting daily needs..

Create a structured study schedule prioritizing challenging subjects and allocating specific study times daily. Gather study materials including textbooks, previous years’ papers, and reference books to aid your preparation. Understand the syllabus by breaking it down into smaller topics, focusing on key concepts, and understanding fundamentals rather than memorizing.

Utilize active learning strategies such as note-taking, creating mind maps, and explaining topics to others for better retention and understanding. Practice regularly by solving practice questions, taking mock tests, and revising all subjects consistently. Maintain a healthy lifestyle with a balanced diet, adequate sleep, and staying hydrated to ensure optimal focus and energy levels. Foster a positive mindset by staying motivated, managing exam anxiety, and maintaining self-confidence throughout your preparation.

Seek help from teachers, peers, or study groups to clarify doubts and enhance learning. Minimize distractions by limiting screen time and creating a dedicated study space. Stay updated with exam-related announcements and changes while believing in your abilities to succeed. All the best for exam.
