Peel and cut the potatoes to small cubes and saute the potatoes along with chopped garlic,salt and curry leaves and cook to a consistency where the potatoes are slightly crispy on outside and soft on inside. Season it with a pinch of turmeric powder and garam masala and chilli powder to your taste.

People don’t take mental health issue as serious as it is, because the person with mental health issue, due to the lack of self-awareness, brush off their own feelings as laziness or inability, when they are in toxic environment.Only when things get extreme to a point like losing control over masking ones emotions, lack of motivation for any physical movement,avoiding people altogether and even more, they themself sense something wrong with them,even then, thinking about all the issues in their life except mental health issues.
