    Choose the "Sent Items" folder. Click or double-click the message to open it in a new window. Navigate to File > Info. Go to Message Resend and Recall > Recall This Message..., and choose one of the two options. Select "Delete unread copies of this message" to recall the sent message. Choose "Read more

    Go to Message Resend and Recall > Recall This Message…, and choose one of the two options.

    Select “Delete unread copies of this message” to recall the sent message.

    Choose “Delete unread copies and replace with a new message” to replace the sent message with a new one.

    Tick the “Tell me if recall succeeds or fails for each recipient” checkbox.

    Click OK.
