    Best and simple way is to "EAT SLOW." Our hectic lifestyle made us to do so. Our elder generations taught us to "Chew well and eat." Instead, we started to swallowing. So, whatever you have, just "CHEW and EAT." This is the best remedy for most of the digestion problems.
