Bluetooth stages up to 10 meters. Depending upon the version, it presents information up to at least 1 Mbps or 3 Mbps. The spreading method that it uses is FHSS (Frequency-hopping unfold spectrum). A Bluetooth network is called a piconet and a group of interconnected piconets is called a scatternet.
