Autism is not a disability; it is a different ability of the child. Children with autism have different ways of performing tasks or daily life activities. Generally, autism spectrum disorder (ASD) is a lifelong condition that generally affects children at an early stage of life. Some of the common signs and symptoms include challenges in developing verbal and non-verbal communication, developing social relationships, or interacting with others. Children often show repetitive behaviours like flapping their hands, spinning objects, or engaging in intense activities. Many children show a delay in developing speech or a problem with sensory sensitivities like noise, smell, or bright light.

Critical limb ischemia (CLI) and acute limb ischemia (ALI) differ in their onset, cause, severity and urgency. CLI is a chronic condition that develops gradually over weeks or months due to the progressive narrowing or blockage of peripheral arteries. The occurrence of CLI is more life-threatening. It is characterized by persistent rest pain, non-healing ulcers, or gangrene. CLI reflects long-standing inadequate blood flow with some collateral circulation present. It is among the most severe forms of peripheral artery disease.
In contrast, ALI occurs suddenly due to a severe reduction in limb blood flow. This condition typically occurs within hours to days as a result of an arterial embolism, thrombosis, or trauma.

Liver cirrhosis is characterized by scarring of liver tissue caused over a long period of time. The scarring of liver cells results in restriction of adequate blood supply to the liver. Liver cirrhosis leads to compromised ability of the liver to filter toxins, produce bile (digestive enzyme), process nutrients, etc. Liver cirrhosis stem cell treatment in India is gaining popularity due to its ability to reverse the disease condition. The therapy focuses on regeneration and rejuvenation of the scarred cells via complete replacing of liver cells or tissues. Besides, other factors like inflammation and restriction of nearby cell/tissue damage make stem cell therapy a popular choice for healthcare practitioners.
