It seems foolish asking this question, but it has a slight difference. For example u r watching ur favorite show. u just involved in it. it means ur complete concentration was on it. this is listening. u ignored all other disturbances I, e hearing. it means hearing can be done through ears. But listening , involved a brain function. it needs good concentration.
