I. Executive Branch: Responsible for implementing and enforcing laws, headed by the head of state or head of government, and manages the day-to-day operations of the government.
II. Legislative Branch: Responsible for making laws, consists of a parliament, congress, or assembly with elected representatives who propose, debate, and vote on bills and other legislative measures.
III. Judicial Branch: Responsible for interpreting laws, resolving legal disputes, and upholding the constitution, consists of a system of courts with judges and justices who apply the law to individual cases.
These divisions ensure a system of checks and balances within the government, preventing the concentration of power in any one branch and upholding accountability and transparency in governance.
