No, mosquitoes cannot transmit HIV/AIDS. HIV (Human Immunodeficiency Virus) is not transmitted through the bite of mosquitoes. HIV is primarily transmitted through contact with certain bodily fluids, such as blood, semen, vaginal fluids, and breast milk, from an infected person to another individual. Mosquitoes do not inject or carry HIV in their saliva, so they cannot transmit the virus to humans. HIV/AIDS transmission requires direct contact with infected bodily fluids, not mosquito bites.
