    **3. Carbohydrates:
    * Whole grains: Brown rice, quinoa, whole wheat bread, oats.
    * Starchy vegetables: Sweet potatoes, corn.
    **4. Fats:
    * Healthy fats: Avocado, olive oil, nuts, seeds.
    * Moderate consumption of saturated fats: Found in dairy products and meats.
