Novak Djokovic became the fifth tennis player ever to win a Golden Slam, as he captured the men’s singles gold medal at the 2024 Paris Olympics. He put that alongside his Grand Slam titles in the Australian Open, French Open, Wimbledon, and the US Open by winning against Carlos Alcaraz, a straight-sets victory, putting him among legends such as Rafael Nadal, Serena Williams, Andre Agassi, and Steffi Graf. Djokovic had taken bronze at the 2008 Beijing Olympics but did not medal in any of the subsequent Olympics.
