    Here are some easy and effective ways which I do to improve my mental well being during stress full times-
    1) I keep myself busy by reading books, drawing, doing skin care , cooking, watching k dramas etc.
    2)I avoid social media till I’m alright
    3) I don’t contact my friends if they know the reason why I’m stressed.
    4) Most of the times i prefer to sleep.
